Who can participate in the Let's Go Invitational?
The tournament is exclusively for moving company owners, executives, and key personnel in the moving and relocation industry. We verify all registrations to maintain the quality and relevance of networking opportunities.
What's included in the $299 registration fee?
Your registration includes 18 holes of golf with cart, custom tournament shirt, premium golf ball sleeve, BBQ buffet dinner during the after-party, entry into all contests and prizes, and access to the exclusive after-party networking reception. Note: Food and beverages during golf are not included.
Do I need to have a full team to register?
No! You can register individually or with a partial team. We'll match individual players and partial teams to create foursomes. It's a great way to meet new people in the industry.
What is the tournament format?
We play a scramble format, which means all team members hit from the best shot. This format is perfect for all skill levels and keeps the pace of play moving. It's more about fun and networking than serious competition!
What if I'm not a good golfer?
Perfect! The scramble format means you'll be playing as a team, and every shot counts. Many of our participants are beginners or casual golfers. The focus is on networking and having fun, not your golf score.
What's the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund. In case of severe weather, we'll reschedule the event and all registrations will transfer.
Are there sponsorship opportunities available?
Yes! We have several sponsorship packages available, including hole sponsorships, cart sponsorships, and title sponsorship opportunities. Contact us for more information about getting your brand in front of industry leaders.
What should I wear?
Golf attire is required on the course (collared shirts, golf shorts/pants, no denim). You'll receive a custom tournament shirt as part of your registration. The after-party is business casual.
